“An inquiry procedure, which is conducted by the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women upon its receipt of reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State party to this protocol of rights set forth in the Convention to Eliminate Discrimination against Women, shall not be conducted for individual and accidental cases.

2. The Committee shall determine whether the information received contains reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations of rights set forth in the Covenant by the State party concerned.

2. The Committee shall determine whether the information it has received or compiled on its own initiative contains reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations of rights set forth in the Convention by the State party concerned.
2- تحدد اللجنة ما إذا كانت المعلومات التي تلقتها أو جمّعتها بمبادرة منها تشتمل على معلومات موثوق بها تشير إلى ارتكاب الدولة الطرف المعنية انتهاكات جسيمة أو منهجية للحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية.

12. Under article 6 of the Optional Protocol, if the Committee received reliable information indicating grave or systematic violations by a State party of rights set forth in the Convention, the Committee would invite that State party to cooperate in the examination of the information.
12 - إذا تلقت اللجنة، بموجب المادة 6 من البروتوكول الاختياري، معلومات موثوقا بها تدل على وقوع انتهاكات جسيمة أو منتظمة من جانب دولة طرف للحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية، تدعو اللجنة تلك الدولة الطرف إلى التعاون في فحص المعلومات.
