16. Article 43 further stipulates that: " 1. The followers of all religions and creeds shall be free to practise their religious rites and manage their Religious Endowments, affairs and institutions. 2. The State guarantees freedom of worship and the protection of places of worship. "
أما المادة 43 فقد نصت الفقرة أولاً منها " اتباع كل دين أو مذهب أحرار في ممارسة الشعائر الدينية وإدارة الأوقاف وشؤونها ومؤسساتها الدينية " والفقرة ثانياً من المادة نفسها " تكفل الدولة حرية العبادة وحماية أماكنها " ، وغيرها من المواد.
