The following is a response both to the request of the Secretariat for the views of the Government of the Netherlands on the issues covered by the resolution, for consideration by the General Assembly at its sixty-third session, and to paragraph 7 of the resolution, in which the Assembly invites all States to render their assistance in the establishment of the zone.
