4. Where the Court awards reparations on an individual basis, a copy of the reparation order shall be transmitted to the victim concerned.
4 - إذا حكمت المحكمة بتعويضات على أساس فردي، تُرسل نسخة من أمر التعويض إلى الضحية المعنية.

The Presidency shall invite the Prosecutor and the State of enforcement of any penalty under article 77 or any reparation order pursuant to article 75 to participate in the hearing.
وتدعو الهيئة المدعي العام والدولة التي تقوم بإنفاذ أي عقوبة بموجب المادة 77 أو أي أمر بالجبر عملا بالمادة 75، الى المشاركة في الجلسة.

The Presidency may also hear the sentenced person, the victims or their legal representatives and the State of enforcement of any penalty under article 77 and any reparation order under article 75 before making a decision.
ويجوز للهيئة أيضا أن تستجوب المحكوم عليه، أو المجني عليهم أو وكلائهم القانونيين والدولة المنفذة لأي عقوبة بموجب المادة 77 أو لأي أمر بالجبر بموجب المادة 75، قبل اتخاذ قرار.

Appeal 1. Subject to sub-rule 2, an appeal against a decision of conviction or acquittal under article 74, a sentence under article 76 or a reparation order under article 75 may be filed not later than 30 days from the date on which the party filing the appeal is notified of the decision, the sentence or the reparation order.
1 - يجوز، رهنا بالفقرة 2 من القاعدة، رفع استئناف ضد قرار بالإدانة أو التبرئة اتخذ بمقتضى المادة 74، أو عقوبة صادرة بمقتضى المادة 76، أو أمر بجبر الضرر صادر بمقتضى المادة 75، في موعد أقصاه 30 يوما من تاريخ إخطار الطرف مقدم الاستئناف بالقرار أو الحكم أو الأمر بجبر الضرر.

Appeal 1. (d) If an appeal is not filed as set out in sub-rules (a) to (c), the decision, the sentence or the reparation order of the Trial Chamber shall become final.
(د) في حالة عدم تقديم الإخطار بالاستئناف على الوجه المبين في القاعدتين الفرعيتين (أ) و (ج)، يصبح نهائيا ما تصدره الدائرة الابتدائية من قرار أو حكم أو أمر بجبر الضرر.

A copy of the reparation order made pursuant to article 75 of the Statute shall be transmitted to the victim concerned.
