وقد قدم أصحاب البلاغ تعليقات مطولة في نيسان/أبريل 2011، معترضين على رد الدولة الطرف، ولا تزال اللجنة بانتظار رد من الدولة الطرف بهذا الخصوص.

In the absence of a reply from the State party contradicting these allegations, the Committee finds that the facts described disclose a violation of article 14, paragraphs 1 and 3 (a), (b), (d) and (g), in conjunction with article 2, paragraph 3 (a) and (b) of the Covenant.
