The Assembly would also decide to include in the provisional agenda of its sixtieth session the item entitled " Report of the International Criminal Court " , under which it would consider, with the Court invited to attend and participate, any report of the Court that may be submitted to the Assembly pursuant to article 6 of the Relationship Agreement between the United Nations and the International Criminal Court.

According to the latest report of the Court (A/64/4), 192 States are party to its Statute, but only 66 States have accepted compulsory jurisdiction of the Court.
