For the same reasons, as a follow—up to the 1998 session, we request the immediate re—establishment of the Ad Hoc Committee and the resumption of negotiations in an atmosphere of increased global and regional confidence on the basis of the report of the Special Coordinator, and the mandate contained therein.
وللأسباب ذاتها وكمتابعة لدورة عام 1998 نطلب العود فوراً إلى إنشاء اللجنة المخصصة وإلى استئناف المفاوضات في جو يتسم بمزيد من الثقة على الصعيد العالمي والإقليمي على أساس تقرير المنسق الخاص والولاية الواردة فيه.

Germany calls for the immediate start of negotiations in the Conference on Disarmament on the basis of the report of the Special Coordinator and the mandate contained therein of a non-discriminatory, multilateral and internationally verifiable Treaty banning the production of fissile material for nuclear weapons and other nuclear explosive devices.
وتدعو ألمانيا إلى البدء الفوري للمفاوضات في مؤتمر نزع السلاح على أساس تقرير المنسق الخاص والولاية المتضمنة فيه بشأن معاهدة متعددة الأطراف غير تمييزية وقابلة للتحقق الدولي لحظر إنتاج المواد الانشطارية المستخدمة في صنع الأسلحة النووية وغيرها من الأجهزة النووية المتفجرة.

In this context, we consider it of great importance that the Conference on Disarmament has decided to establish an Ad Hoc Committee which shall, on the basis of the report of the Special Coordinator and the mandate contained therein, negotiate a non-discriminatory, multilateral and internationally and effectively verifiable treaty on the prohibition of the production of fissile material for nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices.
وفي هذا السياق، نعتبر من اﻷهمية القصوى أن مؤتمر نزع السلاح قرر إنشاء لجنة مخصصة ستتفاوض - استنادا إلى تقرير المنسق الخاص والولاية الواردة فيه - على معاهدة غير تمييزية ومتعددة اﻷطراف يمكن التحقق منها دوليا وفعليا لحظر إنتاج المواد الانشطارية ﻷغراض صنع اﻷسلحة النووية أو وسائل التفجير النووي اﻷخرى.
