To advise Parties that request changes in reported baseline data for the base years to present their requests before the Implementation Committee which will in turn work with the Ozone Secretariat and the Executive Committee to confirm the justification for the changes and present them to the Meeting of the Parties for approval.
5 - أن ينصح الأطراف التي طلبت تغييرات في بيانات خط الأساس المبلغ عنها عن سنوات الأساس، أن تعرض طلباتها على لجنة التنفيذ التي ستعمل بدورها مع أمانة الأوزون ومع اللجنة التنفيذية لتأكيد مبررات التغييرات ثم عرضها على اجتماع الأطراف للموافقة عليها.

Paragraph 5 of decision XIII/15 advises " parties that request changes in reported baseline data for the base years to present their requests before the Implementation Committee which will in turn work with the Ozone Secretariat and the Executive Committee to confirm the justification for the changes and present them to the Meeting of the Parties for approval " .
36- تنصح الفقرة 5 من المقرر 13/15 ' ' الأطراف التي طلبت تغييرات في بيانات خط الأساس المبلغ عنها عن سنوات الأساس أن تعرض طلباتها على لجنة التنفيذ التي ستعمل بدورها مع أمانة الأوزون ومع اللجنة التنفيذية لتأكيد مبررات التغييرات ثم عرضها على اجتماع الأطراف للموافقة عليها``.

To note that, in accordance with decision XIII/15 of the Thirteenth Meeting of the Parties, Parties that had requested changes in reported baseline data for the base years were asked to submit their requests to the Implementation Committee, which would in turn work with the Ozone Secretariat and the Executive Committee to confirm the justification for the changes and present them to the Meeting of the Parties for approval;
1 - أن يلاحظ أنه وفقاً للمقرر 13/15 الصادر عن الاجتماع الثالث عشر للأطراف، يتعين على الأطراف التي طلبت إجراء تغييرات في بيانات خط الأساس المبلغة عن سنوات الأساس تقديم طلباتها إلى لجنة التنفيذ التي ستعمل بدورها مع أمانة الأوزون واللجنة التنفيذية لتأكيد مبررات هذه التغييرات وتقديمها إلى اجتماع الأطراف للموافقة عليها؛

By paragraph 5 of decision XIII/15, Parties were advised that any request for changes to reported baseline data was to be submitted to the Implementation Committee, which would work with the Ozone Secretariat and the Executive Committee to confirm the justification for the changes and present them to the Meeting of the Parties for approval.
13 - عملاً بالفقرة 5 من مقرره 13/15، قام اجتماع الأطراف بإبلاغ الأطراف بأن تعرض طلباتها المتعلقة بإجراء تغييرات في بيانات خط الأساس المبلغ عنها على لجنة التنفيذ التي ستعمل مع أمانة الأوزون واللجنة التنفيذية على إثبات المبررات لإجراء التغييرات وتقديمها إلى اجتماع الأطراف للموافقة عليها.

By paragraph 5 of decision XIII/15, Parties were informed that any request for changes to reported baseline data should be submitted to the Implementation Committee, which would work with the Ozone Secretariat and the Executive Committee to confirm the justification for the changes and present them to the Meeting of the Parties for approval.
13 - أُبلغت الأطراف في الفقرة 5 من المقرر 13/15 بأنّ أيّ طلب لتغيير بيانات خط الأساس المبلغ عنها ينبغي أن يُقدَّم إلى لجنة التنفيذ التي ستعمل بدورها مع أمانة الأوزون ومع اللجنة التنفيذية لتأكيد مبررات التغييرات ثم عرضها على اجتماع الأطراف للموافقة عليها.
