وعند تطبيق مبدأ تمثيل البلدان والمناطق اﻹقليميــة في مجلس اﻷمن، فلا بــد لمصالح جميع مجموعات الدول، بما في ذلك مجموعة أوروبا الشرقية، أن تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار على نحو أكمل.
