In accordance with decision 19/COP.1, Parties were asked to supplement their submissions to the secretariat for inclusion in the roster to ensure that under-represented areas were addressed in particular by making the roster more balanced in terms of gender representation, ensuring better representation of relevant disciplines and increasing representation of experts from non-governmental and international organizations.
وعملاً بالمقرر ٩١/م أ-١ فقد طلب إلى اﻷطراف تقديم معلومات مكملة لما قدموه من مذكرات إلى اﻷمانة ﻹدراجها في القائمة لكفالة التغطية الشاملة للمناطق الناقصة التمثيل وبخاصة لاضفاء المزيد من التوازن على القائمة من حيث التمثيل الشامل لكلا الجنسين، مما يكفل التمثيل اﻷفضل للتخصصات ذات الصلة بالموضوع وزيادة تمثيل الخبراء من المنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات الدولية.

In accordance with decision 13/COP.2, Parties were invited to supplement their submissions to the secretariat for inclusion in the roster to ensure that under-represented areas were addressed, in particular by: (a) making the roster more balanced in terms of gender equity; (b) ensuring better representation of relevant disciplines; (c) increasing representation of experts from non-governmental and international organizations.
ووفقاً لمقرره 13/م أ-2، دعا المؤتمر، الأطراف إلى تقديم معلومات مكملة لما قدمته من مذكرات إلى الأمانة لإدراجها في القائمة لكفالة التغطية الشاملة للمناطق الناقصة التمثيل، وذلك عن طريق أمور منها: (أ) إضفاء المزيد من التوازن على القائمة من حيث التمثيل العادل لكلا الجنسين؛ (ب) كفالة التمثيل الأفضل للتخصصات ذات الصلة بالموضوع؛ (ج) زيادة تمثيل الخبراء من المنظمات غير الحكومية والمنظمات الدولية.
