The Representative of the SecretaryGeneral on the human rights of internally displaced persons noted the need to address what he characterized as the number one obstacle for the poor; namely, the issue of school fees and the cost of books, uniforms, etc.

بدعوة من حكومة أذربيجان، أجرى ممثل الأمين العام المعني بحقوق الإنسان للمشردين داخلياً، فالتر كالين، بعثة رسمية إلى أذربيجان في الفترة من 2 إلى 6 نيسان/أبريل 2007.

At the invitation of the Government of the Sudan, the Representative of the SecretaryGeneral on the human rights of internally displaced persons, Walter Kälin, conducted a mission to the Sudan from 3 to 13 October 2005.

The Commission calls on the Government of Colombia to continue to implement the recommendations of the Representative of the SecretaryGeneral on the human rights of internally displaced persons and encourages the Government to continue to cooperate with international bodies, especially the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
وتدعو اللجنة الحكومة إلى مواصلة تنفيذ توصيات ممثل الأمين العام المعني بالمشردين داخلياً وتشجعها على زيادة التعاون مع الهيئات الدولية، ولا سيما مع مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لشؤون اللاجئين ولجنة الصليب الأحمر الدولية.

26. 26 - تدعـو ممثل الأمين العام المعني بحقوق الإنسان للمشردين داخليا إلى أن يواصل حواره الجاري مع الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغير الحكومية المعنية، وفقا لولايته، وأن يدرج معلومات عن ذلك فيما يقدمه من تقارير إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان وإلى الجمعية العامة؛

The Representative of the SecretaryGeneral on the human rights of internally displaced persons, Walter Kälin, conducted an official mission to Sri Lanka from 14 to 21 December 2007, by invitation of the Sri Lankan Government and pursuant to his mandate contained in resolution 6/32 of the Human Rights Council.
قام ممثل الأمين العام المعني بحقوق الإنسان للمشردين داخليا، فالتر كالين، ببعثة رسمية إلى سري لانكا في الفترة من 14 إلى 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007، بناءً على دعوة من حكومة سري لانكا وعملاً بولايته الواردة في قرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 6/32.

In June 2005, following a visit to the State Union of Serbia Montenegro the Representative of the SecretaryGeneral on the human rights of internally displaced persons noted that there was no specific law on IDPs.
