The person charged may request in writing that the Trial Chamber refer issues to the Pre-Trial Chamber that are necessary for the Chamber's effective and fair functioning in accordance with article 64, paragraph 4.

5- يجوز للدولة الطرف التي تلقت طلباً يدعوها إلى تقديم رد خطي بموجب الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة أن تطلب خطياً رفض البلاغ لكونه غير مقبول، مع تحديد أسباب عدم مقبوليته، وأن تطلب النظر في مقبولية البلاغ بمعزل عن أسسه الموضوعية.
