على كل دولة طرف ، بناء على طلب دولة طرف أخرى ورهنا بأحكام القوانين الداخلية للدولة المتلقية للطلب ، أن تتحقق ، دون ابطاء لا مسوغ له أو غير معقول من شرعية وصحة وثائق السفر أو الهوية الصادرة باسم الدولة المتلقية للطلب والمشتبه بأنها تستخدم من أجل الاتجار باﻷشخاص .

(ب) إبلاغ المؤسسات المالية القائمة ضمن ولايتها القضائية، عند الاقتضاء وبناءً على طلب دولة طرف أخرى أو بناءً على مبادرة منها هي، بهوية شخصيات طبيعية أو اعتبارية معينة يتوقع من تلك المؤسسات أن تطبّق الفحص الدقيق على حساباتها، إضافة إلى تلك التي يمكن للمؤسسات المالية أن تحدد هويتها بشكل آخر.
