5. At its forty-eighth session, the General Assembly in its resolution 48/75 E of 16 December 1993, entitled " Transparency in armaments " , again called upon all Member States to provide the requested data and information for the Register to the Secretary-General by 30 April annually.
٥ - وطلبت الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثامنة واﻷربعين في قرارها ٤٨/٧٥ هاء المؤرخ ١٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣ المعنون " الشفافية في مجال التسلح " ، من جميع الدول اﻷعضاء تقديم البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة للسجل إلى اﻷمين العام سنويا قبل ٣٠ نيسان/ابريل.

6. In the same resolution, the General Assembly called upon Member States to provide the requested data and information for the Register, on the basis of resolutions 46/36 L and 47/52 L and the annex and appendices to the report of the Secretary-General on the continuing operation of the Register and its further development, to the Secretary-General by 30 April annually.
٦ - وفـي القـرار نفســه، دعت الجمعية العامة الدول اﻷعضاء أن تقدم إلى اﻷمين العام سنويا بحلول ٣٠ نيسان/أبريل البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة للسجل، على أساس القرارين ٤٦/٣٦ لام و ٤٧/٥٢ لام والمرفق وتذييلات تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره.

Endorsing the report of the Secretary-General containing the recommendations (A/47/342 and Corr.1) of the Panel, the General Assembly, in its resolution 47/52 L of 15 December 1992, called upon all Member States to provide the requested data and information to the Secretary-General annually, beginning in 1993.
ودعت الجمعية العامة، عند إقرارها تقرير الأمين العام الذي يحتوي على توصيات الفريق (A/47/342 و Corr.1)، في قرارها 47/52 لام المؤرخ 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1992، جميع الدول الأعضاء إلى تقديم البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة سنويا إلى الأمين العام، ابتداء من عام 1993.

The Subcommission decided to continue its consideration of the submission during the thirty-third session of the Commission, from 11 to 22 November, and during meetings with the delegation of the Russian Federation at a mutually acceptable time to be discussed following the receipt of the requested data and information.

It also called upon all Member States to provide the requested data and information to the Secretary-General by 30 April annually, beginning in 1993, and encouraged Member States to inform the Secretary-General of their national arms import and export policies, legislation and administrative procedures, both as regards authorization of arms transfers and prevention of illicit transfers, in conformity with paragraph 18 of its resolution 46/36 L.

٣ - تطلب إلى الدول اﻷعضاء أن تقدم إلى اﻷمين العام، بحلول ٣١ أيار/ مايو من كل سنة، البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة ﻷغراض السجل، بما في ذلك التقارير التي تفيد أنه " لا يوجد " عند الاقتضاء، استنادا إلى القرارين ٤٦/٣٦ لام و ٤٧/٥٢ لام وإلى التوصيات الواردة في الفقرة ٦٤ من تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مواصلة تشغيل السجل وزيادة تطويره)٨٠(، وذلك بهدف تحقيق مشاركة عالمية؛
