3. The requested State Party shall decide on the application in accordance with its law and communicate its decision to the requesting State Party without delay.

The requested State Party shall respond to reasonable requests by the requesting State Party on progress of its handling of the request.

The requested State Party shall, when applying this paragraph, give full consideration to the need to bring offenders to justice through extradition cooperation.

The requested State Party shall apply this article in accordance with its domestic law, its procedural provisions or bilateral or multilateral agreements or arrangements with the requesting State Party.
وعلى الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن تطبق هذه المادة وفقاً لقانونها الداخلي أو أحكامها الإجرائية أو الاتفاقات أو الترتيبات الثنائية أو المتعددة الأطراف التي تربطها بالدولة الطرف الطالبة.

The requested State Party shall respond to reasonable requests by the requesting State Party on the status, and progress in its handling, of the request.
وعلى الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن ترد على ما تتلقاه من الدولة الطرف الطالبة من استفسارات معقولة عن وضعية الطلب والتقدم المحرز في معالجته.

3. In accordance with articles 46 and 55 of this Convention and paragraphs 1 and 2 of this article, the requested State Party shall:

The requested State Party shall respond to reasonable requests by the requesting State Party on progress in its handling of the request.
وعلى الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن ترد على ما تتلقاه من الدولة الطرف الطالبة من استفسارات معقولة عن التقدم المحرز في معالجة الطلب.

8. Before lifting any provisional measure taken pursuant to this article, the requested State Party shall, wherever possible, give the requesting State Party an opportunity to present its reasons in favour of continuing the measure.
8- قبل وقف أي تدبير مؤقت اتخذ عملا بهذه المادة، على الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب أن تتيح للدولة الطرف الطالبة، حيثما أمكن ذلك، فرصة لعرض الأسباب الداعية إلى استمرار ذلك التدبير.

If service could not be effected, the requested State Party shall immediately inform the requesting State Party of the reasons for this.
وما لم ينجز التسليم، فعلى الدولة الطرف الموجه إليها الطلب أن تبين الأسباب على الفور للدولة الطرف الطالبة.

In such a case the requested State Party shall advise the requesting State Party accordingly.
وفي هذه الحالة ينبغي للدولة متلقية الطلب أن تخبر الدولة الطرف الطالبة بذلك.
