6. requests the secretariat and the Global Mechanism, in consultation with reporting entities, to develop, in line with the recommendations and indicative aspects described in this document, detailed reporting guidelines on strategic objective 4, including formats and templates to be incorporated in the performance review and assessment of implementation system;

1- يطلب إلى الأمانة والآلية العالمية تنفيذ التحسينات الضرورية استناداً إلى التوصيات والتعليقات الواردة في الوثيقة ICCD/CRIC(10)/11 فيما يخص نماذج الإبلاغ والقضايا المنهجية المتصلة بمؤشرات الأداء لدورة الإبلاغ لعام 2012، من أجل القيام على وجه الخصوص بتبسيط نماذج الإبلاغ وتوضيح مؤشرات الأداء والتعاريف والمنهجيات؛

16. requests the secretariat and the Global Mechanism, in accordance with their respective mandates, to implement the guidelines for the preliminary analysis of information contained in reports from Parties and other reporting entities contained in document ICCD/CRIC(10)/14, including at the regional and subregional levels, as appropriate, starting from the 2012 - 2013 reporting and review process;
16- يطلب إلى الأمانة والآلية العالمية الاضطلاع، كل وفقاً لولايته، بتنفيذ المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالتحليل الأولي للمعلومات الواردة في تقارير الأطراف وغيرها من الكيانات المبلِّغة على النحو الوارد في الوثيقة ICCD/CRIC(10)/14، بما في ذلك على المستويين الإقليمي ودون الإقليمي، حسب الاقتضاء، اعتباراً من بدء عملية الإبلاغ والاستعراض للفترة 2012-2013؛

2. requests the secretariat and the Global Mechanism to facilitate consultations among relevant organizations with a view to defining a framework for replicating the model developed for thematic topic (a) for all other thematic topics, including by providing access to best practice databases through the Scientific Knowledge Brokering Portal and through an open-ended informal working group that would meet virtually;
