" 12. requests the Secretary-General of the United Nations to make available the necessary resources to defray the cost of participation of two government representatives from each least developed country in the meetings of the preparatory committee and the Conference itself;

32 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن يقدم، بالتعاون مع أمانة مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية، تقريرا إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السادسة والخمسين عن تنفيذ هذا القرار، والتطورات المستجدة على النظام التجاري متعدد الأطراف.

3. requests the Secretary-General of the United Nations to forward copies of the text of the Agreement to all Governments invited to the Conference;
3- يطلب إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أن يحيل نسخاً من نص هذا الاتفاق إلى كافة الحكومات المدعوة إلى المؤتمر؛

4. requests the Secretary-General of the United Nations to arrange for the Agreement to be open for signature at United Nations Headquarters during the period laid down in article 54 of the Agreement;
