ونتيجة لذلك، وعبر السنين، اعتمـــدت الجمعيــــة العامة ترتيبات خاصة يتم بمقتضاها اﻹبقاء على المخصصات المطلوبة فيما يتصل بالالتزامات تجاه الحكومات التي تقدم وحدات و/أو دعما سوقيا إلى البعثة والاحتفاظ بها إلى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في المادتين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي.

7. Approves, on an exceptional basis, the special arrangements for the Force with regard to the application of article IV of the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, whereby appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to the Force shall be retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4, as set out in the annex to the present resolution;
٧ - توافق، على سبيل الاستثناء، على الترتيبات الخاصة للقوة فيما يتعلق بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من النظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة، التي تقضي بأن تظل الاعتمادات المطلوبة فيما يتصل بالالتزامات المستحقة للحكومات المساهمة في القوة بوحدات و/أو بدعم سوقي مفتوحة إلى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي، على النحو المبين في مرفق هذا القرار؛

7. Approves, on an exceptional basis, the special arrangements for the Force with regard to the application of article IV of the financial regulations of the United Nations, whereby appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to the Force shall be retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4, as set out in the annex to the present resolution;
٧ - توافق، على سبيل الاستثناء، على الترتيبات الخاصة للقوة فيما يتعلق بتطبيق المادة الرابعة من النظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة، التي تقضي بأن تظل الاعتمادات المطلوبة فيما يتصل بالالتزامات المستحقة للحكومات المساهمة في القوة بوحدات و/أو بدعم سوقي مفتوحة إلى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي، على النحو المبين في مرفق هذا القرار؛

Under the approved special arrangements, appropriations required in respect of obligations owed to Governments providing contingents and/or logistic support to the mission shall be retained beyond the period stipulated under financial regulations 4.3 and 4.4, as follows:
٢٤ - وبموجب الترتيبات الخاصة المعتدة، تُستبقى الاعتمادات اللازمة فيما يتعلق بالالتزامات المستحقة للحكومات التي تقدم قوات عسكرية و/أو دعما سوقيا للبعثة الى ما بعد الفترة المنصوص عليها في البندين ٤-٣ و ٤-٤ من النظام المالي، على النحو التالي:
