٧٦ - السيد كوزي )أوكرانيا(: قال إن ندرة الموارد المتاحة للمنظمة تجعل من الضروري استخدام هذه الموارد بفعالية، وإن لمكتب المراقبة الداخلية، في هذا الصدد، دورا هاما، إذ أن مراجعة الحسابات وعمليات التحقيق تتيح الكشف عن جوانب القصور في استخدام الموارد.

(c) Aware that the integrated programmes are not static, considered that any adjustment should be made only after mutual consultations between the Secretariat and the respective recipient country, in order to ensure an optimal and efficient utilization of resources available to the Organization;
