The present document has been prepared notably within the context of General Assembly resolution 57/289, paragraph 15 (a) of which provides that the proposed budget of the Tribunal for the biennium 2004-2005 should include detailed information as to how the resources requested for the biennium will support the development of a sound and realistic completion strategy.
