واذا لم تكن هناك بين الدول الأطراف المعنية اتفاقات أو ترتيبات من هذا القبيل، جاز للأطراف أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية هي الأساس للتعاون في مجال انفاذ القوانين فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.

In the absence of such agreements or arrangements between the States Parties concerned, the Parties may consider this Convention to be the basis for mutual law enforcement cooperation in respect of the offences covered by this Convention.

2. If a Contracting State which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another Contracting State with which it has no extradition treaty, it shall consider the present Convention as the legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences mentioned in article 1 of this Convention.
٢ - إذا تلقت دولة من الدول المتعاقدة التي تشترط وجود معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين طلب تسليم من دولة أخرى من الدول المتعاقدة لا تربطها بها معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، فعليها أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية اﻷساس القانوني للتسليم فيما يتصل بالجرائم المذكورة في المادة ١ من هذه الاتفاقية.

1. Contracting States shall afford one another the widest measure of mutual judicial assistance in criminal matters in connection with proceedings brought in respect of the offences referred to in article 2.
١ - تقدم الدول المتعاقدة، بعضها الى بعض، أكبر قدر من المساعدة القضائية المتبادلة في المسائل الجنائية فيما يتعلق بالدعوى التي ترفع فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المشار اليها في المادة ٢.

Jordan has not entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements or arrangements on law enforcement cooperation. However, it considers UNCAC as the basis for law enforcement cooperation in respect of the offences covered by the Convention.
ولم يبرم الأردن اتفاقات أو ترتيبات ثنائية أو متعددة الأطراف بشأن التعاون في مجال إنفاذ القانون، غير أنّه يعتبر اتفاقية مكافحة الفساد بمثابة أساس للتعاون في مجال إنفاذ القانون فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المشمولة فيها.

2. When a State party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State party with which it does not have an extradition treaty, the State party requesting extradition may, at its option, consider this Convention as a legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences.
2- حينما تتلقى دولة طرف، تجعل التسليم مرهوناً بوجود معاهدة، طلب تسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا تربطها بها معاهدة تسليم، يجوز للدولة الطرف التي تطلب التسليم، إذا شاءت، أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية أساساً قانونياً للتسليم فيما يتعلق بتلك الجرائم.

1. States Parties shall afford one another the greatest measure of assistance in connection with investigations or criminal or extradition proceedings brought in respect of the offences set forth in article 2 of the present Convention, including assistance in obtaining evidence at their disposal necessary for the proceedings.
1 - تتبادل الدول الأطراف أكبر قدر من المساعدة فيما يتعلق بالتحقيقات أو الإجراءات الجنائية أو إجراءات التسليم المتخذة بخصوص الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2، من هذه الاتفاقية بما في ذلك المساعدة في الحصول على ما يوجد قيد تصرفها من أدلة لازمة للإجراءات.

Article 6. In respect of the offences referred to in this Law, the court may reduce the minimum punishment envisaged by as much as two thirds or in exceptional cases, exempt a defendant from criminal liability, when:
