7.3 With respect to the requirement of exhaustion of domestic remedies, the Committee notes that the State party has challenged the admissibility of the communication on the ground that the authors did not challenge the new rules of criminal procedure before the State party's courts.
7-3 وفيما يتعلق بشرط استنفاد سُبل الانتصاف المحلية، تحيط اللجنة علماً بأن الدولة الطرف قد طعنت في مقبولية البلاغ استناداً إلى أن صاحبي البلاغ لم يطعنا في المواد الجديدة المتعلقة بالإجراءات الجنائية أمام محاكم الدولة الطرف.

6.3 With respect to the requirement of exhaustion of domestic remedies, the Committee notes that the State party contends that the author was not prevented, and is still not prevented, from claiming financial compensation before ordinary courts in relation to the Ministry of Finance's refusal to grant him compensation.

7.3 With respect to the requirement of exhaustion of domestic remedies under article 5, paragraph 2(b), of the Optional Protocol, the Committee notes that the State party has withdrawn its claim that there are domestic remedies that could still have been exhausted by the author.
7-3 وفيما يتعلق بشرط استنفاد سبل الانتصاف المحلية بموجب الفقرة 2(ب) من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري، تشير اللجنة إلى أن الدولة الطرف قد سحبت ادعاءها بأنه ما زالت هناك سبل انتصاف محلية كان يمكن استنفادها من قبل صاحبة البلاغ.

7.3 With respect to the requirement of exhaustion of domestic remedies under article 5, paragraph 2(b), of the Optional Protocol, the Committee notes that the State party has withdrawn its claim that there are domestic remedies that could still have been exhausted by the author.
7-3 وفيما يتعلق بشرط استنفاد سبل الانتصاف المحلية بموجب الفقرة 2 (ب) من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري، تشير اللجنة إلى أن الدولة الطرف قد سحبت ادعاءها بأنه ما زالت هناك سبل انتصاف محلية كان يمكن استنفادها من قبل صاحبة البلاغ.

6.3 With respect to the requirement of exhaustion of domestic remedies, the Committee reiterates its concern that in spite of three reminders addressed to the State party no substantive information or observations on the admissibility, which the State party challenged without providing any arguments, or merits of the communication have been received from the State party.
6-3 وفيما يتعلق بشرط استنفاد طرق الانتصاف المحلية، تؤكد اللجنة مجدداً قلقها لعدم تلقيها من الدولة الطرف أي معلومات أو ملاحظات جوهرية بشأن المقبولية التي طعنت فيها بدون تقديم أي حجج، أو بشأن الأسس الموضوعية للبلاغ، رغم تذكيرها ثلاث مرات في هذا الصدد.

2.7 With respect to the requirement of exhaustion of domestic remedies, the author submits that, since the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council dismissed his petition, he has exhausted available domestic remedies within the meaning of article 5, paragraph 2 (b), of the Optional Protocol.
٢-٧ فيما يتعلق بشرط استنفاد سبل الانتصاف المحلية، يبين صاحب البلاغ أنه نظرا ﻷن اللجنة القضائية التابعة لمجلس الملكة قد رفضت التماسه فقد استنفد سبل الانتصاف المحلية المتاحة وفقا لمفهوم الفقرة ٢ )ب( من المادة ٥ من البروتوكول الاختياري.
