ودعت الجمعية العامة المؤتمرات اﻹقليمية واﻷقاليمية الجارية للوزراء المسؤولين عن شؤون الشباب في أفريقيا وآسيا وأوروبا وأمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي وغربي آسيا إلى تكثيف التعاون فيما بينها والنظر في عقد اجتماعات منتظمة على الصعيد الدولي برعاية اﻷمم المتحدة.

Noting in particular that, in the World Programme of Action, regional and interregional conferences of ministers responsible for youth affairs in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean and Western Asia were invited to intensify their cooperation and to consider meeting regularly at the international level under the aegis of the United Nations to provide an effective forum for a focused global dialogue on youth-related issues,
وإذ تلاحظ بوجه خاص أن المؤتمرات الإقليمية والأقاليمية للوزراء المسؤولين عن شؤون الشباب في أفريقيا وآسيا وأوروبا وأمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبي وغرب آسيا قد دعيت في برنامج العمل العالمي إلى تكثيف التعاون فيما بين كل منها وإلى النظر في عقد اجتماعات منتظمة على الصعيد الدولي برعاية الأمم المتحدة لتكون منتدى فعالا لإجراء حوار عالمي مركز بشأن القضايا المتصلة بالشباب،
