As from today 4 December 1996, and for the rest of the month, there will be an informal briefing at 3 p.m., in the Press Briefing Room S-226, by the Presidency of the Security Council for Member States of the United Nations which are non-members of the Council on those days when consultations of the whole are scheduled in the morning.
إعلان ابتداء من اليوم، ٤ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٦، وخلال الفترة المتبقية من هذا الشهر ستعقد رئاسة مجلس اﻷمن جلسة إعلامية غير رسمية في الساعة ٠٠/١٥ في غرفة الجلسات اﻹعلامية الصحفية S-226، للدول اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة التي ليست أعضاء في المجلس وذلك في اﻷيام التي يتقرر أن تعقد فيها مشاورات المجلس بكامل هيئته في الصباح.
