(b) The State to which the person is transferred shall without delay implement its obligation to return the person to the custody of the State from which the person was transferred as agreed beforehand, or as otherwise agreed, by the competent authorities of both States;
(ب) على الدولة التي نُقل إليها الشخص أن تنفذ، دون إبطاء، التزامها بإعادته إلى عهدة الدولة التي نُقل منها وفقا للمتفق عليه من قبل، أو لما يتفق عليه خلاف ذلك، بين السلطات المختصة في كلتا الدولتين؛

(b) The State to which the person is transferred shall without delay implement its obligation to return the person to the custody of the State from which the person was transferred as agreed beforehand, or as otherwise agreed, by the competent authorities of both States;
)ب( على الدولة التي نقل إليها الشخص أن تنفذ، دون إبطاء، التزامها بإعادته الى عهدة الدولة التي نقل منها وفقا للمتفق عليه من قبل، أو لما يتفق عليه خلاف ذلك، بين السلطات المختصة في كلتا الدولتين؛

)ب( تقوم الدولة التي ينقل إليها الشخص بإعادته إلى احتجاز الدولة التي نقل منها حالما تسمح الظروف بذلك ما لم تتفق على غير ذلك السلطات المختصة في كلتا الدولتين؛

(b) The State Party to which the person is transferred shall without delay implement its obligation to return the person to the custody of the State Party from which the person was transferred as agreed beforehand, or as otherwise agreed, by the competent authorities of both States Parties;
(ب) على الدولة الطرف التي يُنقل إليها الشخص أن تنفذ، دون إبطاء، التزامها بإرجاعه إلى عهدة الدولة الطرف التي نقل منها وفقا لما يُتفق عليه مسبقا، أو على أي نحو آخر، بين السلطات المعنية في الدولتين الطرفين؛

Whenever substantial grounds exist for believing that an individual would be in danger of being subjected to torture upon expulsion to another State, the State party is under obligation not to return the person concerned to that State.
فحيثما تكون ثمة أسباب حقيقية تدعو إلى الاعتقاد بأن فردا من اﻷفراد سيواجه خطر التعرض للتعذيب عند طرده إلى دولة أخرى، وقع على عاتق الدولة الطرف التزام بعدم إعادة الشخص المعني إلى تلك الدولة.
