In accordance with the guidance provided by the Group, a panel discussion was organized to facilitate the Group's deliberations on the review of implementation of chapter IV. Representatives of Australia and Cuba were invited to participate.
52- عملاً بإرشادات الفريق، نُظِّمت حلقة نقاش لتيسير مداولات الفريق بشأن استعراض تنفيذ الفصل الرابع. ووجِّهت الدعوة إلى ممثلي أستراليا وكوبا للمشاركة.

It was also noted that the Working Group should consider how best to structure its work and determine priorities with a view to helping the Conference and States parties to prepare for the review of implementation of chapter V during the second cycle of the Implementation Review Mechanism.
ولوحظ أيضا أنَّ الفريق العامل ينبغي أن ينظر في أفضل السبل لتنظيم عمله وتحديد الأولويات بغية مساعدة المؤتمر والدول الأطراف على التحضير لاستعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس خلال الدورة الثانية من آلية استعراض التنفيذ.

The scope of the suggested technical support to the authorities of Saudi Arabia will further be assessed in conjunction with the forthcoming outcome of the review of implementation of chapter IV on international cooperation of the Convention against Corruption and the related technical assistance needs identified therefrom.

87- ولعلّ الفريق العامل يود أن يناقش السبل والطرائق الكفيلة بتحضير الدول الأطراف على النحو المناسب لاستعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس من اتفاقية مكافحة الفساد.

4. The proposed multi-year workplan aims at preparing States parties for the review of implementation of chapter V of the Convention during the second cycle of the Implementation Review Mechanism, and allows the Working Group to structure its work accordingly, as envisaged by the Working Group since its fourth meeting in December 2010.
4- وتهدف خطة العمل المتعدِّدة السنوات المقترحة إلى تهيئة الدول الأطراف لاستعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس من الاتفاقية خلال الدورة الثانية لآلية استعراض التنفيذ، وهي تتيح للفريق العامل تنظيم أعماله تبعاً لذلك، حسبما اعتزمه الفريق العامل منذ اجتماعه الرابع الذي عُقد في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010.

At its fourth meeting, held on 16 and 17 December 2010, the Working Group recommended that the Secretariat develop a multi-year workplan for its consideration at its meeting on 25 and 26 August 2011, aimed at preparing States for the review of implementation of chapter V of the Convention during the second review cycle.
فقد أوصى الفريق العامل، في اجتماعه الرابع المعقود يومي 16 و17 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010، بأن تضع الأمانة خطة عمل متعددة السنوات لكي ينظر فيها خلال اجتماعه يومي 25 و26 آب/أغسطس 2011، قصد تهيئة الدول لاستعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس من الاتفاقية خلال دورة الاستعراض الثانية.

At its fourth meeting, held in Vienna on 16 and 17 December 2010, the Working Group stressed the importance of preparing States parties for the review of implementation of chapter V of the Convention and structuring its work accordingly, recognizing that the implementation of chapter V would be reviewed during the second cycle of the Implementation Review Mechanism, scheduled to commence in 2015.

55- في اجتماع الفريق العامل المعني باسترداد الموجودات المعقود يومي 16 و17 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010، شدد على أهمية تهيئة الدول الأطراف لاستعراض تنفيذ الفصل الخامس من الاتفاقية، وشجع الدول الأطراف على التبكير بملء قائمة التقييم الذاتي المرجعية فيما يخص ذلك الفصل.

In the review of implementation of chapter IV of the Convention, it was observed that most States parties had adequate laws and measures in place to grant mutual legal assistance.

In the review of implementation of chapter III of the Convention, it was observed that common challenges regarding the implementation of the provisions on prosecution, adjudication and sanctions concerned specificities in national legal systems and limited capacity.
