30- تحافظ الدول الأطراف المستعرِِضة وكذلك الأمانة على سرّية جميع المعلومات التي يجري الحصول عليها أثناء عملية الاستعراض القُطري أو تُستخدم فيها.

34. The country review report, including the executive summary, shall be finalized upon agreement between the reviewing States parties and the State party under review.
34- يُوضع تقرير الاستعراض القُطري وخُلاصته الوافية في صيغة نهائية لدى الاتفاق عليه بين الدولتين الطرفين المستعرِضتين والدولة الطرف المستعرَضة.
