In accordance with the revised general guidelines regarding the form and contents of reports to be submitted by States parties under articles 16 and 17 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the present report deals with the most important amendments in Bulgaria's national legislation and practice, relevant to the rights proclaimed in the International Covenant.
