(a) The case of Déo Bugewgene is filed under the terms of paragraph 14.1 (a) of the Working Group's revised methods of work.

The case of Ghassan Attamleh is maintained pending for further information, in keeping with paragraph 14.1 (c) of the revised methods of work of the Working Group.

637. At its twenty-fifth session the Committee also decided to continue its discussion of working methods at its twenty-seventh session, in the light of the experience of using the revised methods of work at its twenty-fifth, twenty-sixth and twenty-seventh sessions.
637- وقررت اللجنة أيضا أن تواصل، في دورتها الخامسة والعشرين، مناقشتها لأساليب العمل في دورتها السابعة والعشرين، وذلك في ضوء تجربة استخدام أساليب العمل المنقحة في دوراتها الخامسة والعشرين والسادسة والعشرين والسابعة والعشرين.

17. The communication was brought to the attention of both concerned Governments by a letter of the Chairperson-Rapporteur dated 17 January 2005 in conformity with section 15 of the Working Group's revised methods of work, requesting the Governments to provide their respective reply within 90 days.
17- وأحيطت كلتا الحكومتين المعنيتين علماً بالبلاغ في رسالة وجهها الرئيس - المقرر في 17 كانون الثاني/يناير 2005 طبقاً للفقرة 15 من أساليب العمل المنقحة للفريق العامل يطلب فيها من الحكومتين تقديم ردودهما في غضون 90 يوماً.

Pursuant to paragraph 17 (a) of its revised methods of work, the Working Group considers that the present matter is of such gravity as to justify the adoption of an opinion.
وعملاً بالفقرة 17(أ) من أساليب العمل المنقحة للفريق العامل، فإنه يرى أن هذه المسألة هي من الخطورة بحيث تُبرر اعتماد رأي في هذا الشأن.

In accordance with article 33 (a) of its revised methods of work, the Working Group considers it appropriate to refer the allegations of torture to the Special Rapporteur on torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment for appropriate action.
26- ووفقاً للمادة 33(أ) من أساليب العمل المنقحة يرى الفريق العامل من المناسب إحالة ادعاءات التعذيب إلى المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة ليتخذ الإجراء المناسب بشأنها.

29. In accordance with article 33 (a) of the revised methods of work of the Working Group, the Working Group considers it appropriate to refer the allegations of torture to the Special Rapporteur on the question of torture for appropriate action.
29- ووفقاً للمادة 33(أ) من أساليب العمل المنقحة للفريق العامل، يرى الفريق أنه من المناسب إحالة الادعاءات المتعلقة بالتعذيب إلى المقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعذيب، من أجل اتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.

(b) Two working groups, established in accordance with the revised methods of work of the Commission, will each meet for approximately two weeks during the biennium with the participation of members of the Commission, its secretariat and representatives of the organizations and staff;
)ب( سيجتمع كل من الفريقين العاملين المنشأين وفقا ﻷساليب العمل المنقحة للجنة، لمدة أسبوعين خلال فترة السنتين باشتراك أعضاء من اللجنة وأمانتها وممثلي المنظمات والموظفين؛

In conformity with paragraphs 22 to 24 of its revised methods of work, the Working Group, without prejudging whether the detention was arbitrary or not, drew the attention of each of the Governments concerned to the specific case as reported and appealed to it to take the necessary measures to ensure that the detained persons' right to life and to physical integrity was respected.
وقام الفريق العامل، عملاً بالفقرات 22 إلى 24 من أساليب عمله المنقحة ودون الحكم مسبقاً على تعسفية أو عدم تعسفية الاحتجاز، باسترعاء انتباه كل حكومة من الحكومات المعنية إلى الحالة المعينة كما عرضت، وناشدها أن تتخذ التدابير اللازمة لضمان مراعاة حق الشخص المحتجز في الحياة وفي سلامة بدنه.

At its 102nd session, the Working Group adopted its revised methods of work (A/HRC/WGEID/102/2).
6- في الدورة 102، اعتمد الفريق العامل أساليب عمله بصيغتها المنقحة (A/HRC/WGEID/102/2).

The Chairperson indicated that the meeting would be the first of its kind in the Committee's history and, in accordance with the decision taken by the Committee, would be devoted to the discussion of the revised methods of work.
وأشارت إلى أن الاجتماع سيكون الأول من نوعه في تاريخ اللجنة، وسيكرس، وفقاً للقرار الذي اتخذته اللجنة، لمناقشة أساليب عملها المنقحة.

The Working Group transmitted the above allegations from the source to the Government of Myanmar in accordance with its revised methods of work on 10 September 2013, requesting it to provide the Working Group with detailed information about the current situation of Mr. Htin Kyaw and to clarify the legal provisions justifying his continued detention.
7- أحال الفريق العامل الادعاءات المذكورة أعلاه الواردة من المصدر إلى حكومة ميانمار وفقاً لأساليب عمله المنقحة في 10 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013 ملتمساً منها موافاة الفريق العامل بمعلومات مفصلة عن الوضع الحالي للسيد هتين كياو وتوضيح الأحكام القانونية التي تبرر استمرار احتجازه.
