21. The revised texts of appendix M and of the staff rules are shown in annexes V to IX to the present document.

However, the revised texts are in the form of a convention, because the draft recommendation to the General Assembly in paragraph 9 above foresees the eventual possibility of a convention.

Ms. SCHÖPP-SCHILLING, Rapporteur, pointed out that she had asked the Secretariat to send her the final text of the Committee's report before it was printed, since the revised texts of the concluding comments on some reports was not yet available.
١٤ - السيدة شوب - شيلينغ، المقررة: أشارت إلى أنها طلبت إلى اﻷمانة العامة أن ترسل إليها النص النهائي لتقرير اللجنة قبل طبعه، ﻷن النصوص المنقحة للتعليقات الختامية بشأن بعض التقارير لم تكن متاحة آنذاك.

It is suggested that participants may wish to take as a starting point the possible solutions reflected in the revised texts of the draft high-level declaration, overarching policy strategy and global plan of action presented by the President of the Preparatory Committee in documents SAICM/ICCM.1/2, SAICM/ICCM.1/3 and SAICM/ICCM.1/4.

19. Participants may wish to consider taking the possible solutions reflected in the revised texts presented in documents SAICM/ICCM.1/2, SAICM/ICCM.1/3 and SAICM/ICCM.1/4 as a starting point for their efforts to complete the texts for the highlevel declaration, overarching policy strategy and global plan of action.
19 - قد يرغب المشاركون في النظر في اعتبار الحلول المحتملة الواردة في النصوص المنقحة المتضمنة في الوثائق SAICM/ICCM.1/2, SAICM/ICCM.1/3 and SAICM/ICCM.1/4 كنقطة بداية لجهودهم لاستكمال النصوص الخاصة بالإعلان رفيع المستوى وإستراتيجية السياسات الشاملة وخطة العمل العالمية.

6. The Working Group noted that draft revised texts of the Vienna Declaration had been submitted by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, on behalf of States members of the European Space Agency, including Canada (A/CONF.184/PC/CRP.14) and by the Czech Republic (A/CONF.184/PC/CRP.17).
٦ - ولاحظ الفريق العامل أن مشروعي نصين منقحين لاعلان فيينا كانا قد قدما من المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وايرلندا الشمالية نيابة عن الدول اﻷعضاء في وكالة الفضاء اﻷوروبية ، اضافة الى كندا (A/CONF.184/PC/CRP.14) ، ومن الجمهورية التشيكية (A/CONF.184/PC/CRP.17) .

In my letters of the same date transmitting to the Permanent Representatives texts of the draft decision under agenda item 21 and the draft resolution under agenda item 60, I stated that, in the absence of any objection by 12 noon yesterday, 3 June 1998, I would have the revised texts issued as “L” documents.
وفي رسالتين تحملان نفس التاريخ أحلت بهما للممثلين الدائمين نص مشروع المقرر في إطار البند ٢١ من جدول اﻷعمال ونص مشروع القرار في إطار البند ٦٠ من جدول اﻷعمال، ذكرت فيهما انني في حال عدم وجود اعتراض حتى ظهر أمس الموافق ٣ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨ سأصدر النصين المنقحين بوصفهما مشروعي قرارين.
