This court is competent to rule on crimes committed by members of the military in the course of their duties under the Military Justice Act (desertion, mutiny, etc.) and crimes they have committed under the Criminal Code (murder, theft, etc.), as well as criminal cases perpetrated by civilians against members of the Royal Armed Forces or against the external security of the State.
