On the side of the security forces, consisting of the Police, the Armed Police Force and the Royal Nepalese Army (RNA) under a unified command, reports of serious and systematic human rights violations have increased throughout 2004, particularly in regard to disappearance, torture, arbitrary detention and summary execution.
6- ومن ناحية قوات الأمن التي تتألف من الشرطة، وقوة الشرطة المسلحة، والجيش الملكي النيبالي وتخضع لقيادة موحدة، فقد تزايدت التقارير الواردة عن ارتكابها انتهاكات منهجية وخطيرة لحقوق الإنسان خلال عام 2004، ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بحالات الاختفاء، والتعذيب، والاحتجاز التعسفي، والإعدام بإجراءات موجزة.

Replies from the District Police Office, the District Administrative Office and the District Jail denied that the author was detained illegally, referring to valid requests in this regard, including from the Royal Nepalese Army.
