29. The joint trial against Clément Kayishema and Obed Ruzindana was held before Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, composed of Judge William H. Sekule, Presiding, Judge Yakov Ostrovsky and Judge Tafazzal Hossain Khan.
