وإن اتساع نطاق التحفظ المذكور يثير شكوكاً حول مدى التزام ماليزيا بالاتفاقية وبوفائها بالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية.

The Government of the Federal Republic of Germany therefore objects to the said reservation.
وبالتالي فإن حكومة جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية تعترض على التحفظ المذكور.

The Government of Ireland therefore objects to the said reservation.
وتعترض حكومة ايرلندا بالتالي على التحفظ المذكور.

The Government of Denmark therefore objects to the said reservation made by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
ولذلك تعترض حكومة الدانمرك على التحفظ المذكور الذي أبدته جمهورية كوريا الشعبية الديمقراطية.

For the above reason the Government of Finland objects to the said reservation.
وللسبب المبين أعلاه، فإن حكومة فنلندا تعترض على التحفظ المذكور.

9. The Committee, while referring to its previous recommendations, recommends that the State party take all necessary measures for a speedy withdrawal of the said reservation.
9- تشير اللجنة إلى توصياتها السابقة وتوصي الدولة الطرف باتخاذ جميع التدابير اللازمة للإسراع بسحب التحفظ المذكور.

The Government of Italy notes that the said reservation includes reservations of a general kind in respect of the provisions of the Convention which may be contrary to the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam and to the beliefs and principles of Islam, the State religion.
وتلاحظ حكومة إيطاليا أن التحفظ المذكور يشمل تحفظات عامة فيما يتعلق بأحكام الاتفاقية التي يمكن أن تكون مخالفة لدستور بروني دار السلام ومعتقدات الإسلام ومبادئه، وهو دين الدولة.

The Government of Finland has examined the contents of the reservation made by the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and considers the said reservation as being incompatible with the object and purpose of the Convention.
بحثت حكومة فنلندا محتويات التحفظ الذي أبدته الجماهيرية العربية الليبية وهي ترى أن التحفظ المذكور لا ينسجم مع أهداف ومقاصد الاتفاقية.

Consequently, the Government of Denmark considers the said reservation as being incompatible with the object and purpose of the Convention and accordingly inadmissible and without effect under international law.
وبالتالي، فإن حكومة الدانمرك تعتبر أن التحفظ المذكور يخالف هدف الاتفاقية وغرضها وهو بالتالي غير مقبول وباطل اﻷثر بموجب القانون الدولي.

Consequently, the Government of Denmark considers the said reservation as being incompatible with the object and purpose of the Convention and accordingly inadmissible and without effect under international law.
وبالتالي، فإن حكومة الدانمرك ترى أن التحفظ المذكور لا يتفق مع هدف الاتفاقية وغرضها وهو بالتالي غير مقبول وباطل بموجب القانون الدولي.

In view of the Government of Finland, the unlimited and undefined character of the first part of the said reservation creates serious doubts about the commitment of the reserving State to fulfil its obligations under the Convention.
وترى حكومة فنلندا أن الطابع غير المحدود وغير المعرّف الذي اتسم به الجزء اﻷول من التحفظ المذكور يثير شكوكاً جدية حول التزام الدولة المتحفظة بأداء التزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية.

The Government of Finland also recalls that the said reservation is subject to the general principle of treaty interpretation according to which a party may not invoke the provisions of its domestic law as a justification for failure to perform its treaty obligations.
وتشير حكومة فنلندا أيضاً إلى أن التحفظ المذكور يخضع للمبدأ العام لتفسير المعاهدات الذي لا يجوز بموجبه ﻷي طرف الاحتجاج بأحكام قانونه المحلي كمبرر لعدم أداء التزاماته التعاهدية.

كما تذكّر حكومة فنلندا بأن التحفظ المذكور يخضع للمبدأ العام المتعلق باحترام المعاهدات الذي يقضي بأنه لا يجوز ﻷي طرف الاحتجاج بقانونه الداخلي كمبرر لتقاعسه عن تنفيذ التزاماته التعاهدية.

The Government of the Portuguese Republic is of the view that the said reservation refers in a general manner to national law, failing to specify clearly its content and, therefore, leaving the other State parties with doubts as to the real extent of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania's commitment to the Convention.
وترى حكومة جمهورية البرتغال أن التحفظ المذكور يشير بصورة معممة إلى قانون وطني، دون تحديد واضح لمحتواه، ومن ثم يثير لدى الدول الأطراف الأخرى شكوكا في مدى التزام جمهورية موريتانيا الإسلامية بالاتفاقية.
