For 1999, it was proposed, on the recommendation of the Council, that the Assembly adopt a scale of assessment based upon the scale used for the regular budget of the United Nations for 1998.

2. 2 - تأذن للأمين العام بإعداد جدول للأنصبة المقررة لعامي 2009 و 2010 استنادا إلى الجدول المعتمد للميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة لعامي 2008 و 2009، بالصيغة التي عدلته بها السلطة، على أن يأخذ في الحسبان أن الحد الأقصى للأنصبة المقررة سيكون بنسبة 22 في المائة وأن الحد الأدنى سيكون بنسبة 0.01 في المائة؛

(b) Authorize the Secretary-General to establish the scale of assessment for 2005 and 2006 on the basis of the scale used for the regular budget of the United Nations for 2004 and 2005, as adjusted by the Authority, respectively, taking into account that the maximum assessment rate for the budget of the Authority for 2005 and 2006 will be 22 per cent;
(ب) إصدار إذن للأمين العام بإعداد جدول للأنصبة المقررة لعام 2005 وعام 2006 على أساس الجدول المعتمد للميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة لعامي 2004 و 2005، بالصيغة المعدلة من قبل السلطة، على التوالي، مع مراعاة أن يكون الحد الأقصى للنصيب المقرر لميزانية السلطة للعام 2005 والعام 2006 بنسبة 22 في المائة؛

(a) Assessed contributions from the States Parties in accordance with an agreed scale of assessment based upon the scale used for the regular budget of the United Nations in the preceding calendar year adjusted to take into account the differences in membership between the United Nations and the States Parties to the Convention, as well as a floor rate and a ceiling rate as determined from time to time by the Meeting of States Parties;
(أ) الاشتراكات المقررة المدفوعة من الدول الأطراف وفقا لجدول يتفق عليه للأنصبة المقررة، بالاستناد إلى الجدول المعمول به بالنسبة للميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة، بعد تسويته بحيث يراعي الاختلاف في العضوية بين الأمم المتحدة والدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية، كذلك المعدل الأدنى والمعدل الأقصى على النحو الذي يحدده اجتماع الدول الأطراف من وقت لآخر؛

The scale of assessment shall be based upon the scale used for the regular budget of the United Nations.
ويستند جدول الأنصبة المقررة للفترة المالية إلى جدول الأنصبة المستخدم للميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة.

2. Authorizes the Secretary-General to establish the scale of assessments for the financial period 2013-2014 based on the scale used for the regular budget of the United Nations for 2011-2012, taking into account that the ceiling assessment rate will be 22 per cent and the floor rate 0.01 per cent;
2 - تأذن للأمين العام بأن يضع جدول الأنصبة المقررة للفترة المالية 2013-2014 بالاستناد إلى جدول الأنصبة المقررة الذي استخدم في الميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة للفترة 2011-2012، مع العلم أن الحد الأعلى لمعدل الأنصبة المقررة يحدد بنسبة 22 في المائة وحده الأدنى بنسبة 0.01 في المائة؛

With respect to article 106, he would prefer the scale used for the regular budget of the United Nations.
وفيما يختص بالمادة ٦٠١ ، قال ان يفضل جدول اﻷنصبة المستخدم للميزانية العادية لﻷمم المتحدة .

The scale of assessments shall be based on the scale used for the regular budget of the United Nations, adjusted for differences in membership.
وسيجري وضع جدول الأنصبة المقررة على أساس الجدول المستخدم للميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة، بعد تعديله وفقا للفروق في عدد الأعضاء.

وأذنت الجمعية أيضا للأمين العام بوضع جدول الأنصبة المقررة لعامي 2011 و 2012 استنادا إلى الجدول المستخدم للميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة لعام 2010، مع مراعاة الحد الأقصى للأنصبة المقررة بنسبة 22 في المائة والأدنى بنسبة 0.01 في المائة.

(ب) الإذن للأمين العام بإعداد جدول للأنصبة المقررة لعامي 2007 و 2008 على أساس الجدول المعتمد للميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة لعامي 2006 و 2007، بالصيغة المعدلة من قبل السلطة، على التوالي، مع مراعاة أن يكون الحد الأقصى للنصيب المقرر لميزانية السلطة لعامي 2007 و 2008 بنسبة 22 في المائة؛

ويوضع جدول الأنصبة المقررة على أساس جدول الأنصبة المستخدم في وضع الميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة، مع إدخال تعديلات وفقا للفرق في عدد الأعضاء.
