`6 ' يكون التعويض في شكل مبلغ إضافي يدفع عن العمل الإضافي إذا زاد المجموع على ثماني ساعات عمل في أي يوم من أيام أسبوع العمل المقرر، أو إذا حدث العمل الإضافي في اليوم السادس أو اليوم السابع من أسبوع العمل المقرر.

(viii) a. The additional payment referred to in subparagraph (vi) above shall be made at the rate of one-and-one-half times the aggregate of the staff member's base salary or wage and language allowance, if any, except that if the overtime takes place on a Sunday or on the seventh day of the scheduled work week, the rate of the additional payment shall be twice the aggregate.
' ٨` أ - يدفع المبلغ اﻹضافي المشار اليه في الفقرة الفرعية ' ٦` أعلاه بمعدل المثل ونصف المثل من مجموع مرتب الموظف أو أجره اﻷساسي وبدل اللغة، إن وجد، إلا أن هذا المبلغ يدفع بمعدل مثلي المجموع للتعويض عن العمل اﻹضافي الذي يؤدى في يوم اﻷحد أو في اليوم السابع من أسبوع العمل المقرر.

The additional payment referred to in subparagraph (v) above shall be made at the rate of one-and-one-half times the staff member's net base salary rate, except that if the overtime work takes place on a Sunday or on the seventh day of the scheduled work week, the rate of the additional payment shall be twice the staff member's net base salary rate.
`7 ' أ - يدفع المبلغ الإضافي المشار إليه في الفقرة الفرعية `5 ' أعلاه بمعدل المثل ونصف المثل من معدل المرتب الأساسي الصافي للموظف؛ إلا أن هذا المبلغ يدفع بمعدل مثلي المرتب الأساسي الصافي للتعويض عن العمل الإضافي الذي يؤدى في أيام الأحد أو في اليوم السابع من أسبوع العمل المقرر.
