It should also elaborate on the integration of the concepts of sustainable development and environmentally sound technology in the context of specific conditions and needs of developing countries and economies in transition and on strengthening the role of the scientific and technological communities.
وعليها كذلك أن تمعن النظر في إدماج مفاهيم التنمية المستدامة والتكنولوجيا السليمة بيئيا ضمن سياق الظروف والاحتياجات المحددة للبلدان النامية والاقتصادات المتحولة، إضافة الى دعم الدور الذي تقوم به الدوائر العلمية والتكنولوجية.

The dialogue will involve five key stakeholders, namely, representatives of energy and transport-related businesses, trade unions from the energy and transport sectors, non-governmental organizations, local authorities, and scientific and technological communities working on energy and transport-related fields.
