2. To adhere to the practical proposal contained in resolution 5373 adopted by the Council of the League on 27 March 1994, to the effect that the two suspects should be given a fair trial by the Scottish judges, in conformity with Scots law, at the seat of the International Court of Justice at The Hague;
٢ - التمسك بالمقترح العملي الصادر في قرار مجلس الجامعة رقم ٥٣٧٣ بتاريخ ٢٧ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، والقاضي بإجراء محاكمة عادلة للمشتبه فيهما من قِبل قضاة اسكتلنديين وفق القانون الاسكتلندي في مقر محكمة العدل الدولية في لاهاي.

2. ويؤكـد البيـان تأييـد الاقتـراح الذي تضمنه قرار مجلس جامعة الدول العربية رقم ٥٣٧٣ بتاريخ ٢٧ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، بإجراء محاكمة عادلة للمشتبه فيهما من قبل قضاة اسكتلنديين ووفق القانون الاسكتلندي في مقر محكمة العدل الدولية في لاهاي، ويناشد مجلس اﻷمن أخذ هذا المقترح في الاعتبار كأساس لحل اﻷزمة.
