1. The present report provides a summary of the findings of the independent evaluation of the second regional cooperation framework (RCF) for Asia and the Pacific, 2002-2006, which the Evaluation Office submits to the Executive Board.

Assuming that the Caribbean will continue to attract 25 per cent or more of resource allocation, CARICOM has identified several project activities for support under the Caribbean component of the second regional cooperation framework.
