تظل الإخطارات المحققة والمقترحات المقدمة من الدول المشاركة إلى الأمانة حتى وقت دخول الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ والتي أدرجت في المنشور الدوري الأول للموافقة المسبقة عن علم بعد دخول الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ، مؤهلة لنظر لجنة استعراض المواد الكيميائية فيها أثناء الفترة الانتقالية.

Information for the analyses by the CGE, its task groups, and national experts from nonAnnex I Parties at the meetings and workshops, was provided by a preliminary compilation and synthesis, prepared by the secretariat, of 50 national communications submitted to the secretariat as at 15 April 2001.
13- ووفرت المعلومات لعمليات التحليل التي قام بها فريق الخبراء الاستشاري، وأفرقة العمل التابعة له، والخبراء الوطنيون من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول في الاجتماعات وحلقات العمل، بتجميع وتوليف أوليين أعدتهما الأمانة من 50 بلاغا وطنيا قدمت إلى الأمانة حتى 15 نيسان/أبريل 2001.

The SBI welcomed the 26 NAPAs that had been submitted to the secretariat as at 4 December 2007, and strongly encouraged those Parties that have not yet submitted their NAPAs to do so in a timely manner.
69- ورحّبت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ ببرامج العمل الوطنية للتكيّف التي قُدمت إلى الأمانة حتى 4 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2007 وعددها 26 برنامجاً، وشجعت بقوة الأطراف التي لم تقدم برامجها بعد على أن تفعل ذلك في الوقت المناسب.

The SBI welcomed the submission of 34 NAPAs to the secretariat as at 6 June 2008, and encouraged those Parties that have not yet submitted their NAPAs to do so in a timely manner.
48- ورحبت الهيئة الفرعية بتقديم 34 برنامجاً من برامج العمل الوطنية للتكيف إلى الأمانة حتى تاريخ 6 حزيران/يونيه 2008، وشجعت الأطراف التي لم تقدم بعد برامج عملها الوطنية للتكيف على أن تقدمها في الوقت المحدد لذلك.
