"seek shade" - Translation from English to Arabic

It was widely agreed that the Guide should not seek to establish any shade of meaning between article 3 and those provisions prefaced by the words " unless otherwise agreed " .
وكان هناك اتفاق واسع على أنه لا ينبغي للدليل أن يضع أي فارق دقيق في المعنى بين المادة 3 والأحكام المسبوقة بالعبارة " ما لم يتفق على خلاف ذلك " .
