٧٨- السيدة إيفات اقترحت ألا يذكر في القائمة الواردة في الفقرة ٩٤ سوى الدول اﻷطراف المتأخرة تأخيراً يزيد على خمس سنوات في تقديم التقارير وكذلك الدول اﻷطراف التي لم تقدم التقارير المطلوبة بموجب قرار استثنائي للجنة، وكذلك حذف اﻹشارة إلى عدد رسائل التذكير التي أرسلت إلى الدول اﻷطراف تجنبا لزيادة أعباء عمل اﻷمانة.
