1. " Assembly of Parties " means the Conference of Parties to this Protocol serving as the assembly of Parties;
1- يُقصد بمصطلح " جمعية الأطراف " مؤتمر الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف.

The Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties in prescribing these modalities shall be guided by procedures identified in Article 5, 7 and 8 of the Kyoto Protocol so as to ensure comparability of reporting and verification.
ويسترشد مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف، في وضع هذه الطرائق بالإجراءات المحددة في المواد 5 و7 و8 من بروتوكول كيوتو، بغية ضمان قابلية عمليتي الإبلاغ والتحقق للمقارنة.

The Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties in prescribing these modalities shall be guided by the compliance procedures developed pursuant to Article 18 of the Kyoto Protocol.

1. The Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties, in collaboration with other organisations, shall develop regional centres for adaptation.

4. The Climate Impact Rehabilitation Facility shall be subject to the authority and guidance of the Conference of the Parties serving as the assembly of Parties and be supervised by a Board.
4- يخضع مرفق إصلاح تأثير تغير المناخ لسلطة وتوجيه مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف، ويشرف عليه مجلس.

15. Particularly vulnerable developing countries that have suffered long-term climate change impacts beyond the threshold determined by the Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties shall be eligible for compensation, funding and support.
15- تكون البلدان النامية المعرضة للتأثر بشكل خاص، التي عانت من تأثيرات طويلة الأجل لتغير المناخ تتجاوز العتبة التي حددها مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف مؤهلة لتلقي التعويض والتمويل اللازم.

17. The Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties shall review on an annual basis, the nature of compensation, funding and support.
17- يستعرض مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف، على أساس سنوي، طابع هذا التعويض والتمويل والدعم.

3. The Technology Development and Transfer Facility shall be subject to the authority and guidance of the Conference of the Parties serving as the assembly of Parties and be supervised by a Board.
3- يخضع مرفق تطوير ونقل التكنولوجيا لسلطة وتوجيه مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف، ويشرف عليه مجلس.

4. The constituency of the Board shall be determined by the Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties and be guided by the principle of equitable geographical representation.
4- يحدد مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف تشكيل المجلس، ويسترشد في ذلك بمبدأ التمثيل الجغرافي العادل.

5. The Technology Development and Transfer Facility shall regularly report to the Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties.
5- يقدّم مرفق تطوير ونقل التكنولوجيا تقاريره بصورة دوريـة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف.

5. The Board of the Multilateral Fund on Climate Change shall regularly report to the Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties.
5- يقدّم مجلس الصندوق المتعدد الأطراف المكرس لتغير المناخ تقاريره الدورية إلى مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف.

The Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties shall determine the appropriate level and modalities for the deriving a share of proceeds from unit trading;

Contributions from all Parties based on a contribution formula developed by the COP (or Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties).
(أ) مساهمات مقدمة من جميع الأطراف على أساس صيغة الاشتراكات التي وضعها مؤتمر الأطراف (أو مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف).

8. " Persons " means any persons chosen or elected by the Conference of Parties serving as the assembly of Parties to this Protocol to be represented on any of the board, panel, group or other the institution established by this Protocol.
8- يُقصد بمصطلح " الأشخاص " أي أشخاص يختارهم أو ينتخبهم مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه جمعية الأطراف في هذا البروتوكول، لتمثيله في أي مجلس أو لجنة أو فريق أو مؤسسة أخرى تُنشأ بموجب هذا البروتوكول.
