1. Each High Contracting Party and party to an armed conflict shall bear the responsibilities set out in this Article with respect to all cluster munition remnants in territory under its control.

35. Various States approved the criterion set out in this Article.
35 - وأقرت شتى الدول المعيار المبين في هذه المادة().

(a) The person being investigated or prosecuted may at any time request the disqualification of the Prosecutor or a Deputy Prosecutor on the grounds set out in this Article;
(أ) للشخص الذي يكون محل تحقيق أو مقاضاة أن يطلب في أي وقت تنحية المدعي العام أو أحد نواب المدعي العام للأسباب المبينة في هذه المادة.

Following the preliminary examination of questions of implementation, the procedures set out in this Article shall apply to the Committee, except where otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Clearance and Destruction of Cluster Munitions Remnants 1. Each High Contracting Party and party to an armed conflict shall bear the responsibilities set out in this Article with respect to all cluster munition remnants in territory under its control.
1- يتحمل كل طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية والطرف في نزاع مسلح المسؤوليات المبينة في هذه المادة فيما يتعلق بجميع الذخائر العنقودية من مخلفات الحرب في الإقليم الخاضع لسيطرته.

Each High Contracting Party and party to an armed conflict shall bear the responsibilities set out in this Article with respect to all explosive remnants of war in territory under its control.
1- يتحمل كل طرف من الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية يكون طرفاً في صراع المسؤوليات المبينة في هذه المادة فيما يتعلق بجميع المتفجرات من مخلفات الحرب في الإقليم الخاضع لسيطرته.

5. Each State party shall likewise take such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences set out in this Article in cases where the alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite such person to any of the States parties which have established their jurisdiction in accordance with paragraphs 1 or 2 of this article.
5- تتخذ كل دولة طرف ما يلزم من التدابير لإقامة ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذه المادة في الحالات التي يكون فيها الشخص المدعى ارتكابــه الجريمــة موجوداً في إقليمها ولا تسلمه إلى أي من الدول الأطراف التي أقامت ولايتها القضائية وفقا للفقرة 1 أو 2 من هذه المادة.

6. Each State party which establishes jurisdiction under subparagraphs 1 (b) and paragraphs 2 or 4 of this article shall make the offences set out in this Article punishable by the same penalties which would apply when they are committed in its own territory.
6- تُخضع كل دولة طرف تقيم الولاية القضائية بموجب الفقرة الفرعية 1(ب) والفقرة 2 أو 4 من هذه المادة الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذه المادة لنفس العقوبات التي من شأنها أن تُطبق عندما ترتكب في أراضيها.

5. Each State party shall likewise take such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences set out in this Article in cases where the alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite such person to any of the States parties which have established their jurisdiction in accordance with paragraphs 1 or 2 of this article.
5- تتخذ كل دولة طرف ما يلزم من التدابير لإقامة ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذه المادة في الحالات التي يكون فيها الشخص المدعى ارتكابــه الجريمــة موجودا في إقليمها ولا تسلمه إلى أي من الدول الأطراف التي أقامت ولايتها القضائية وفقا للفقرة 1 أو 2 من هذه المادة.

" 1. A State or entity [...] shall be considered to have established its consent to be bound by this Agreement 12 months after the date of its adoption, unless that State or entity notifies the depositary in writing before that date that it is not availing itself of the simplified procedure set out in this Article. "
