ويُعّد قائمةً مرتّبة أبجديا تضم أسماء جميع الأشخاص المرشحين على هذا النحو، مع بيان الدول الأطراف التي رشحتهم، ويحيلها إلى الدول الأطراف قبل اليوم السابع من الشهر الأخير السابق لتاريخ إجراء كل انتخاب.
