2. Article 15.2 states that " The scale of assessments shall be based to the extent possible on the scale most recently employed by the United Nations. No Member shall be assessed more than twenty-five per cent of the regular budget of the Organization. "
2- وتنص المادة 15-2 على ما يلي: " يوضع جدول الأنصبة المقرّرة، قدر الإمكان، على أساس أحدث جدول معمول به في الأمم المتحدة، ولا يجوز تقرير نصيب على عضو يتجاوز مقداره خمسة وعشرين في المائة من الميزانية العادية للمنظمة. "
