1 - يعاقَب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ستة وعشرة أعوام كل مَن يجند شخصا للمشاركة في ارتكاب أيّ عمل إرهابي.

The offender shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six months to five years or by a fine or by a ban on professional activities,

64- ويعاقَب كل شخص يثير أو يؤجج الكراهية القومية أو العنصرية أو الدينية أو التعصب المتصل بذلك بين الشعوب أو الجماعات العرقية التي تعيش في جمهورية صربيا بالحبس مدة تتراوح بين ستة أشهر وخمس سنوات.

Article 231 of these Statutes stipulates that: " Anyone who is found to be responsible for the unjustified detention of, or infliction of harm on, any person shall be punished by a term of detention equivalent to that for which he was responsible and shall also be liable for any harm that he inflicted " .
