٦ - ويعيد المؤتمر تأكيد أن كل دولة طرف في المعاهدة قد تعهدت بألا توفر ﻷي دولة غير حائزة لﻷسلحة النووية ﻷغراض سلمية مادة انشطارية مصدرية أو خاصة، أو معدات أو مادة مصممة أو معدة خصيصا لتجهيز مادة انشطارية خاصة أو استعمالها أو إنتاجها، إلا إذا صارت المادة الانشطارية المصدرية أو الخاصة خاضعة للضمانات التي تتطلبها المادة الثالثة.

35. 35 - يؤكد المؤتمر من جديد أن كل دولة من الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة قد تعهدت بعدم توفير أي مواد مصدرية أو انشطارية خاصة أو معدات أو مواد مصممة أو معدة خصيصا لتجهيز أو استخدام أو إنتاج المواد الانشطارية الخاصة لأي دولة من الدول غير الحائزة للأسلحة النووية للأغراض السلمية، إلا إذا كانت تلك المواد المصدرية أو المواد الانشطارية الخاصة خاضعة للضمانات المطلوبة في المادة الثالثة من المعاهدة.

36.
