٥٧ - وفي عام ١٩٦٩، يلاحظ أن إعلان التقدم واﻹنماء في الميدان الاجتماعي قد شدد على هذا الترابط، حيث قال " إن التقدم واﻹنماء في الميدان الاجتماعي يقومان على أساس احترام كرامة الشخص اﻹنساني وقيمته، وتأمينهما تعزيزٌ لحقوق اﻹنسان والعدالة الاجتماعية " .
