ويجب على اﻷمانة أن تقوم بإبلاغ جميع أعضاء المجلس بأطر التعاون القطري التي ستقدم إلى المجلس؛

The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall inform all States that have signed the present Protocol or accede to it of the deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession.
" ٥- يقوم اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة بإبلاغ جميع الدول التي وقﱠعت على هذا البروتوكول أو انضمت اليه، عن إيداع كل صك من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام.

4. Each State Party may strengthen its declaration at any time by notification to that effect addressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, who shall inform all States Parties.

3. The Secretary-General, in his capacity as depositary of the Convention and the Protocol, shall inform all States Parties to the Convention and all States which have signed the Convention of each instrument of declaration pursuant to article 3, ratification or accession to the Protocol.

٣ - يقوم اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة، بصفته وديع الاتفاقية والبروتوكول، بإبلاغ جميع الدول اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية وجميع الدول التي وقعت على الاتفاقية بإيداع كل صك تصديق على البروتوكول أو انضمام إليه.

12. For the purposes of the first election of judges of the International Criminal Court, the President of the Assembly of States Parties shall inform all States Parties through diplomatic channels and through specific information on the web site of the International Criminal Court, if on 1 November 2002:

As of 30 April 2006, no Party had informed the secretariat that it required such information.
36 - ويجوز بموجب الفقرة 5 من المادة 14، لأي طرف يحتاج إلى معلومات بشأن عمليات عبور المواد الكيميائية الواردة في المرفق الثالث عبر إقليمه أن يُبلغ الأمانة عن حاجته تلك وتقوم هي بإبلاغ جميع الأطراف طبقاً لذلك.

5. The Secretary-General of the United Nations shall inform all States which sign this Convention or accede to it about the date of each signature, the date of deposit of each instrument of ratification or accession and the date of entry into force of this Convention, as well as about other notifications.
5 - يقوم الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة بإبلاغ جميع الدول التي وقعت على هذه الاتفاقية أو انضمت إليها بتاريخ أي توقيع وتاريخ إيداع أي صك من صكوك التصديق أو الانضمام وتاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية، فضلا عن إبلاغه إياها بجميع الإشعارات الأخرى.
